I highly recommend this place if your looking for customer service, as well as good food. The manager Chantel and her employee... Phillip were very nice, and very helpful. I had an issue with an online order my wife placed the day prior, order was complete,and money was taken out of the bank. Showed up and the place was closed for maintenance, No one anywhere, phone number did notwork. Absolutely NO help on the app or online, this is the reason for 4 stars. Food was not as well as it should of. Our hash browns were crispy hard. Like the forgot about them cooking. Or something. Waiter... was on point. But host was too busy to seat and and cash out. I understand the staffing issues and it was busy. But food wassub par. That's why the low score. Disappointed. Read more

Went there on 12/02/2022 around 10:30 at night and the waitress told us to sit where the table is clean. As we sat down and... several waitresses was passing by us not even noticing that we were sitting there. We noticed that there were two to threewaitresses in the corner talking. After waiting for 20 minutes, I motion one of the waitress that who?s going to help us and shelooked around and said that she would take care of us. Waited 5 to 10 minutes, finally took our orders. We waited another 15minutes and no drinks. We saw 3 waitresses, one cook and the manager all around the register talking. They were not shortstaffed at all. I never had this problem before.
