Our server was tremendously AMAZING!! We have come here before and always had issues with customer service even coming from the... manager, but this time around we were so happy with their customer service. Other times we would be standing there at the frontwaiting to get seated and not even getting acknowledged we were there. Our server would take forever to just even take our drinkorder and give us an ?ugh what do you want? attitude. When they would finally bring out the order we would have to flag themdown so many times for more refills on drinks or condiments and they would still forget to bring something. I want to give ashout out to Esmeralda, our server, who was so nice, polite fast and efficient, and to all the staff that worked tonight. Theservice was great and the food was deliciously tasteful and at the right temperature and the place was very clean. Just to letall of you know I was having an emotional evening that with their exceptional service, made it all so much better for mepersonally. Thank you!! Keep up the great work! Read more

Unfortunately, they currently only offer a limited menu due to staffing challenges. I fully understand that but it would be nice... if they announced that in advance or even mentioned it on the website. We only noticed this when we were already sitting at thetable and ordered drinks. Thus not a great selection of pancakes and French toast, which was the actual reason for our visit. Read more
Food was barely warm. Had my French toast half finished before I received syrup, despite being promised twice it was... coming. Napkins didn't arrive until 2/3 of the way into the meal. Our server breezed by helping other tables four times, yet shefailed to drop off napkins. Why don't the servers have them in their aprons? I actually started to get up to find them myselfwhen she had them in hand. The toast had no butter. No jelly was offered. The sausage was raw in the middle (see photo). Thisis unsafe! Our server only inquired about our meal at the end. At that point, with such lousy service and horrible food, whatwas the point in engaging? Unfortunately, I failed to check here to see the relevant negative restaurant reviews so we couldhave decided to go IHOP instead. Ordered take out! It was very busy and the food was a lot. I ordered the BYO sampler and a vanilla shake. Did not really enjoy... the taste especially the onion rings but the shake was good. The hostess was very helpful too. Read more
