I ordered subs for myself and my 2 girls. While I waited for the subs, the workers in the back were talking about the last time... they spanked their kids and they were laughing. All three orders were wrong. My daughter was given the wrong side with her kidsmeal (even after the cashier asked twice). My other daughters sub had extra ingredients that she doesn?t like and my sandwichwas missing ingredients. I didn?t notice until I got home after driving in traffic and in pain. I took mine & the kids mealback. I didn?t take my daughters because she removed some ingredients and ate half of it. I got there and they were SO RUDE! Imean I can?t even express how frustrated & upset I was and I rarely get upset with workers. I asked for a manager and he smirkedand said, ?I am the manager.? They made it seem like I went for a free sub (even after they took back the sub they gave me atfirst) and they kept smirking and whispering behind the counter while looking at me. I just asked for them to make it correctly.Their attitude changed my entire day. I didn?t make a scene and they acted like I was crazy for wanting my sandwich made the wayI asked. After waiting for my food while they laughed and stared, they still got my order wrong! It was one ingredient that Ididn?t ask for or want. I told him and he said, ?WELL THAT?S WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TICKET!!? I said ?Then the cashier wrote itwrong.? and walked out with my food still incorrect. The way they treat their customers is unacceptable. Read more

Ordered a cold Italian sub, added bacon. Got 2 tiny slices, which cost $1.50 extra and the most miniscule amount of mustard... ever. I also got no Italian dressing, which is supposed to be on it unless otherwise marked. Read more

Have eaten here a few times in the last 3 months, would recommend. The cashiers are always so friendly. Food comes out hot and... fresh. I think the subs need a *little* more meat, but is what it is. Have only had 1 mistake (wrong cheese on sub), and Iusually customize so that is a good track record. I have gotten the hook and ladder and turkey bacon ranch. Preferred theturkey. They use honey ham, and I don't care for sweet deli meat. The wheat bread is also a little sweet, FYI. I usually getwheat, but opt for white here due to sweetness. Read more

Food was ok. The smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket was a little heavy on sauce and light on brisket. The grilled cheese my kid... had was fine. The meatball sub is always good though. The staff seemed a bit down. The place overall lacked energy. I'drecommend just ordering online and picking up yourself. The price is honestly not justified in my opinion. Read more
