Waited in drive through line for 20 min behind 1 car, and ordered 1 burger. When we got to the cashier's window asked if she... knew how long it would be before we got our food she sighed and rudely said I don't know. So we left without paying and withoutfood. AVOID IF YOU ARE ON A TIME CRUNCH! This place is so incredibly slow. Then when you do finally get your order, it?s almost... always wrong. I placed a carry out order 32 minutes ago. The app told me 10-15 minutes. I tried getting my order after 15minutes and they told me it will be another 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! The food was decent. But I waited for at least 10 minutes for my plain bacon and cheese burger and they didn't even put bacon! I... worked in food for like 7 years, it's not that hard to remember but clearly they didn't care. I was shorted a hamburger on an easy 3 burger order. The order was repeated back perfectly at the speaker. Drinks were given and... CC processed just fine for 2 combos and a steak burger, but the bag was missing a steak burger. I called the store 4 times withno answer except for a generic recording, so I left a message with my name and number. I am still waiting to hear back fromstaff or manager.
