No one else to blame if you didn't make the BEST burger. Every timeour son visits us from Germany he expects to be taken to the best place to eat a hamburger. One time we took him toFuddruckers on Alamo Plaza. We moved out-of-town & then returned. Our home and neighborhood is surrounded by fast foodburger restaurants. The nearest Fuddruckers is 7 miles away. Today, we drove the extra distance to eat here at their original Fuddruckers location opened in 1979 on Botts off of Hwy 410 between Nacogdoches Rd & Broadway. Talkedto the cashier and manager. Both were cordial, informative, helpful, and efficient. Nothing about Fuddrucker'ssuccessful operation has changed. Started with a fresh bun and 100% beef pattie (state size) with add ons and sideorder. What a customer requests is attractively presented when picked up from the counter. A personalized remote buzzer signals when it's ready. Now it's time to load up your burger with whatever condiments & freshvegetables turn you on. Do it yourself. My wife ordered the 1/3 lb burger with Alvarados. And I took the 1/2pounder with Pepper Jack Cheese. Our two sides were fries and onion rings. My cheese burger was juicey, tasty, anddelicious.
