I try and support local businesses, I called the restaurant to place an order to go and the server/Togo answered while she was... using the restroom and told me to hold(rudely) I understand we have to use the pot but put it on silent. I heard noises i didntwant to hear. I hung up. this isn?t the first time Ordering here, they have Always messed up my order and very rude. The foodisn?t that bad, but I would rather pay a couple extra dollars and order from some where new then to know I?m ordering food fromsomeone that really doesn?t care about the customer from service to the health of the restaurant. Food is mediocre at best and being a busy family, we ordered what we thought was a dinner special. Upon arriving, the lady at... the front counter was complaining about a customer that was on the phone which is very disrespectful. We got home and realizedthat we were missing soups and egg rolls and we called to let them know and that one of us would be heading back to pick up themissing items. The same same lady began to argue with me and said that she asked me if I wanted the big portions dinner portion(which she never did). I told her that my husband would be returning so she could rectify the situation and she said well whatdo you want me to do? My husband arrived and she spent 5 minutes rudely explaining the difference between the two meals andrefused to handle the situation in a professional manner. He left empty handed because she told him that she could give him theitems if he purchased them. I normally don?t post reviews about places but this is poor customer service! Very very good. This was the best chicken fried rice I've had in a very long time. The food came out very fast, and the woman... who took our take out order was helpful and very patient with us, because we had no idea what we wanted. The portions are largeand well worth the price.
