Ordered two bean and cheese tacos took them over 15 mins to get them. Once I got said tacos beans tasted rancid and the sweet... tea tasted old like it had been sitting there since yesterday. Read more

I did use to really like going to Garibaldi Restaurant on W. Military. I love there Cheese Ennchiladas. I was there 8/9/2022... with 5 friends. I paid for 3 lunches, and got a to Go Guacamole, and a bag of chips, to take home to my husband. My bill was$48.38. I question the total they put on my credit card. I thought it was a little to high. They charged me $9.00 for lessthan 1/2 cup of Guacamole and $5.99 or 6.99 for chips, and (hot sauce) that I did not order. I called them when I got home, andthey had closed for the day. I called the next day, and the so called manager made me talk to 2 ladies and they would not workwith me on my bill which I understand. They should have offered my a new Guacamole or something, but refused. I told them theyjust lost 5 to 10 peoples business for the way they took advance of me. We go to lunch every Tuesday. So a small container ofGuacamole and chips cost me $15.00 or $16. 00. They did not give me a itemized receipt. Nicha?s Restaurant would have nevertreated me like Garibaldi Restaurant acted. The waitress was also bad. She was too busy eating her lunch to come see if weneeded anything else. I had told the waitress that I wanted to get a To Go order, and I had to get up and go tell her what Iwanted to order to go. If you order something to go from them you better check it out before PAYING THEM FOR YOUR ORDER. IREALLY RATE MY LAST VISIT AS A ZERO. What happened to the customer is always RIGHT???? If there is a zero star, this Mexican restaurant would definitely earn it. Let's see, take way too long, rude, absolute dirty... roaches are visible in the kitchen that can be seen from the dining room, food was cold and frozen inside.
