Myself and a friend stopped by Hash Vegan Eats today, the first time for both of us. Wow. What a gem of a place. The space is... comfy and quaint and has kind of a cool coffee house vibe. There?s also a decent sized patio. We were immediately greeted byRogelio, one of the owners. He was welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout. My friend ordered the vegetable omelet andloved it, which is noteworthy considering how picky an eater he is. I ordered the phish tacos and the buffalo chick-n mac andchz bowl. The phish tacos were delicious but the mac and chz bowl far exceeded my expectations. Damn that was good! It sohappens that on Mondays their mocktails are half off which was a pleasant surprise. We had two each. The strawberry margaritawith cucumbers is fire! Our visit was pleasant and enjoyable from start to finish. Props to Rogelio for making our visit thatmuch more enjoyable and for showing gratitude and humility, which is refreshing. I will definitely come back. Highly recommendthis place! Read more
I LOVED everything!!!! My wife isn't a vegetarian but like me she loved everything too. If you like Mac n cheese you have to try... the BBQ Mac n cheese. If I lived in San Antonio I would eat there daily. It's that good. Can't wait to go back. Read more

Good things first, great hostess, welcoming, knowledgeable, simple menu. Opportunity. The location is in a bad part of town,... building looked little scary, not sure where the entrance was, my food took a while, small tiny plate of salad with side of 2x2inches of corn bread was $18 total. Seemed overpriced to say they least for the amount of food received. Did not like thesalad, too oily to my taste, wilted spinach, greasy cauliflower. 12.28.21 update, ended up with food poisoning, very sick mostof day and all night. 12.30. I have to say the food was so delicious! I tried their BBQ chicken Mac n cheese bowl, and as a Vegan myself, even I at times am... total disbelief to how full of flavor plant-based truly is. And I definitely recommend their Flower Power house lemonade aswell! Plus, the owner made us feel at home and to be completely honest the ambience itself felt very genuine, which I definitelyappreciated.
