My last experience here was great. Even when the place is full and the waiting list is long. You will still get great service... and customer service and enjoy a great meal. Steve was a great waiter and host. Even when busy he will always check to see ifyou will need any assistance. If you're in the neighborhood stop by as you will not regret it or waste your time. My visit to this location was nothing less of exquisite, the staff were very kind and welcoming. I feel like I?ve connected on a... very spiritual level with the kind staff we laughed, we ate, but most importantly we loved. my food was divine (as you can seein the photo) and I am so thank full I have come to this location. I am very sad to have to depart from this lovelyestablishment and I want to give great thanks to our lovely waiter tiago he was a swell fellow and made the whole experience 10times better. I can't deny I was more than a bit disappointed and frustrated with the way my family and I were taken care of, this particular... night. I am a local to this community and establishment, this is my preferred choice compared to the other location on HotWells. I understand due to the holidays, the place was almost, if not completely, dead; with one host/server. Not to mention thelonely cook that took an hour to prepare my family and I, our meals. I speak from experience when I say, CUSTOMERS COME FIRST.So if 'IHOP' has to pay their employees holiday pay for working on holidays, why not keep it staffed to keep customers happy,and therefore bring in more revenue??
