First time at Jersey Mikes. I?ve always just gone to Subway, but I received some Jersey Mikes coupons in the mail so I decided... to give it try. I went during lunch, 12:30 to be exact and it was really bustling with customers, but the line was moving VERYefficiently. I got a regular Tuna/Fish Sub and it was so delicious. Today was my first time trying Jersey Mike?s and I will not come back again. The service at the location on Huebner and Stone... Oak is horrible. I placed the order on the app and arrived at the store at the time that it was supposed to be ready, however,it was not. After a few minutes, I asked about my order and a male behind the counter,(who appeared to be the manager at themoment) said it was not ready and that it would be ?out shortly.? After about another 5 to 10 minutes and 2 to 3 other peoplecoming in after me and getting their sandwiches, I asked again about my sandwich. Apparently it was made and sitting behind thecounter somewhere and no one bothered to call my name. Of course, there was no apology at all, rather, an attitude of somethinglike?I should be thankful that Jersey Mike?s made me a sandwich!
