Good boba teas! Not the best customer service. I thought the girl at the register was helpful to a certain point. The menu is... pretty extensive for a boba tea place and since it was our first time here I asked her questions like which were more popular,which one was sweeter & what is the snow for the mango snow. She seemed to answer nicely & I appreciate that. We were very happyin the end with the drinks & the employee that helped is truly the reason we ended up picking them. She was able to answer ourquestions. Nice job! Anytime someone is helpful like that I like to leave them a nice tip, however when I paid with cash thewhole experience changed. Our order was $13.31 so I gave her $20 then she gave me back $6. I was waiting for the change, whenshe said oh sorry we don?t have any coins so I can?t give you the change. I told her ?wow so you guys are just going to keep it& short change me?? She said yes really I don?t have any coins. I told her well I wish you would?ve told me before, because Ihave plenty of coins. She said oh sorry I already put it through and there?s nothing on my screen anymore. Not sure if this ishow they are taught to go about this situation or if the employees decide to do it this way on their own. But in the end Idecided, ok I guess that?s how they want their tip, instead of the $5 I was going to place in the tip jar they just want toforce me to give .69 cents. Sorry, but that?s just bad customer service in my book. If I had been told that they don?t havecoins beforehand, I would?ve given the correct change or I would?ve used my credit card, but I definitely would have been moreaccommodating to the situation. I hope the employees are keeping track of those forced tips & actually getting them. I?ve beento places that actually cover the change for me because they don?t have it. I first had Kung Fu Tea in the DC area, so I had to try it out here in San Antonio. The menu is a bit limited here, but... everything is great. I recommend any of the Wow milk top teas. Read more
