I stopped in yesterday while on the San Antonio Riverwalk, service was decent, other then drinks taking a while it was slow. The... atmosphere wasn't what I was expecting for being along the Riverfront. The food could use more seasoning, and chips didn't tastefresh. Read more
ZERO stars if possible!! Horrible customer service !!!! My friend and I decided we wanted to spend a pleasant time in downtown... in a nice restaurant. We came across this place and visited for the first time!! And definitely for the last time ever! Wewalked in and were never greeted. We sat at the bar and got served like 15 minutes later! We asked for a drink on the rocks. Wehurried up and drank it and left right after! There were about 6 employees gathered up talking and acting like my friend and Iwere not even there! First time here and def will be last. It was hot in there and the food was def not all that. I got the cod sandwich and it was... tasteless smh and seeing the bill it def was not worth it, I honestly would have been happier with long johns that's how badthis place was. Maybe 10 people in restaurant. No music felt like a library. Ordered a Caribbean burger menu states cooked medium it was well... done. Supposed to have pineapple and bacon. 1/2 slice pineapple 1 piece bacon $14 burger. Im giving 2 stars because Juju thewaitress was so polite loved her great tip I did enjoy that part. Read more
