Lone Star Cafe is a classic Texas steakhouse with one of the best views of the Riverwalk in San Antonio. The staff is very... attentive and fast. The food came out within 10 minutes on a Saturday night. The mashed potatoes were on point but the steak wasaverage. I did go with the cheaper cut at $24 so maybe go with the more pricey option for a better steak. Fun times! Read more
Walked along the river walk, noticed steakhouse and thought ?helllll yeahhhh?. Walked up the stairs and was seated promptly.... Greeted and ordered drinks and appetizers. Came at 7:00pm on a Saturday. No wait time. Straight upstairs inside (my choice). Ordered food and it came out very fast. And it... was all hot. I?ll admit brisket looked dry but it wasn?t. It was good. The bbq sauce however is tangy but not too tangy. It?ssweet, but not too sweet. It was fantastic. Complimented the brisket nicely. Tater tots were crunchy.
