Don?t get me wrong the food is always amazing, it?s the service that I am frustrated with. Asked for ceviche & gave us shrimp... cocktail. When we called to say they messed up our order they had my husband call back because they were so ?busy? which to meis ridiculous. All we wanted was to exchange what we received for what we actually had ordered. I went to eat their with my family there was not a lot of people for a Friday night. We just had got our food when my husband... and daughter saw a big rat. The place has like a private area in the back, my husband was facing that way he saw it 2 times hetold the cashier then she ran to tell the other waitress they all stared to where they had seen the rat, they didn?t do nothingso the rest of the people didn?t. They tried handling the situation quietly so the rest of the guests didn?t leave, but didn?tdo anything.
