Ordered the QuesaBirria Taco meal, BirriRamen and the Volcanes combos. Consome is some of the best I've had, not oily or overly... salted. You can tell they know how to season. All meals had loads of meat. You'll get your typical sides: cilantro, lime andonion however, the Volcanes and QuesaBirria additionally had pickled onion slivers w/oregano - so delicious! You can dine in ordo carryout. Dining area was clean and cool, relief from the Texas sun. Service was a solid 10/10. It was only one guy but healways checked on us. Food was piping hot.
