Today I went was charged cash due to the fact they don't accept food stamps any more...then I get corn tortillas when I wanted... flour..sad I worked hard for my money to feed me n my disabled Misses. I won't be going back again..I can't afford it. Read more
My mom and I decided to give Magy's a try, we were pleasantly surprised. The exterior first impression is not great,but once... inside! Our waitress was very polite, and attentive to our needs. Legit, the best menudo I've had anywhere. Busy, but the wait wasn't too bad.
Went in and ordered a pound of carnitas and a pound of tripas. when i went home the cup of tripas felt light compared to the... carnitas. I got my scale and it wasnt even half a pound, only 6oz. i called and talked to a lady and she said that they weighthe tripas before frying them but other times i go i order half a pound and its literally the same amount. She said that theymessed up the other times and that what i got is one pound because filling up a 16oz cup is one pound. i payed $15 for only 6ozof tripas. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Read more

Great tamales! We ordered the day before for Bean & Jalapeno, Chicken, and Jalapeno & Cheese tamales. Our order was ready the... next day when we arrived. We also ordered their bean and cheese tacos and they were delicious, the beans were very flavorful. The bean & jalapeno tamales were very good and had a lot of bean, the cheese & jalapeno were good but a little salty. I didn'ttry the chicken but my brother said they were good & very moist. The masa in all the tamales was delicious and not dry! Onlything is the jalapeno tamales some of them you couldn't really taste the jalapeno. So I think next time we order we'll emphasizeextra jalapeno. Read more
