Terrible! Half the ice cream is melted in the cooler. No rocky road, No mint chocolate chip. Not a good experience at all. Sad.
Love this place. Not sure about the reviews crying about masks. I know cookies are mostly for kids but grow up. Jeeze.
I went in early asking about a teacher promotion. Buy one get one free, the worker was not wearing a mask. They said nothing to... me. They didn?t do the promotion but he gave it to me anyways. I have to come back because he didnt give me my card back, I walkin & a different guy is forcing me out because I don?t have a mask and all of a sudden there is a sign on the door when therewhen there was not one earlier. Great "American? cookie. I find it ironic because they still mandate that you put on a mask to enter their store. I turned... around and walked out. I guess Ron DeSantis was right people vote with their feet. There is no local or federal regulation tomandate masks. You?re a business and you?re allowed to run it however you want that?s fine I?ll just walk over to subway andgrab a cookie from them no biggie. Read more

Extremely dissatisfied - I ordered the large rectangle cookie cake for my son's 16th birthday. The order was called in and paid... (the day before) for a pickup at 4PM the following day. I arrived at 5:15PM the day of the party to be told that the cookiecake had not been made. This was after they offered 3 other cookie cakes that were not mine. The employee came back and found areceipt, telling me there was no date on the order, just a time. I explained that I called in the order and if there was no dateon the order, that was not my fault. At that time, I was told that they could probably have it ready within 1 hour and 45minutes. My son's party started at 6 and located across town. I was then asked if I wanted a refund. As they proceeded torefund me the amount I had paid, there was never a word said to me to apologize for their lack of having the cookie cake thathad already been paid for. I calmly stated, that I was relying on this cookie cake for a birthday party and it was kind of abig deal to not make it or make effort to confirm the date (being they had my contact info). There was no response while the 2employees were trying to figure out how to process the refund. Once they told me it had been credited back, the man stated"apologies for that". This left me to run around looking for a small grocery store cake while the party was going on. Read more
