Went for a sandwich in the morning and there was little line. However the line was a bit slow so it took longer than I expected.
We have visited this location many times, as it is the most convenient for me and my kids. Dine in was closed until recently. ... Curbside and drive through orders during this time were incorrect about 90% of the time. Sometimes something small was lacking. Sometimes we?d get the wrong order altogether. Because the doors to the building were locked, it was difficult to get themistakes rectified. Most times, we just left. They do not have adequate staff to handle indoor dining now and will ignoreanyone that attempts to place an order (they will direct you to the kiosk) or ask for assistance at the counter. They will onlydistribute orders (which are still mostly incorrect) unless you REALLY seek out help. They should turn off the curbside optionnow because they are ignoring these people. After a long wait, most people go inside. But, as I said, they aren?t assistingpeople at the counter. An overwhelming majority of their attention is focused on the drive through patrons. That line isincredibly long and slow-moving, so I try to avoid it. We?ll be avoiding this location for the foreseeable future. Read more
Update: 12 Oct 2022 I forgot I came here 10 Months ago! The situation is almost the same! After paying for my food in the... drive through I checked my order and a knife/utensil was not included to spread the condiments that I asked for on the side! Noproblem! However as I waited in the drive through no one would come back to the window to see why I hadn?t driven off. Iwaited a bit then began honking my horn! No one would come! Then there was an employee by the window so I honked more and herefused to respond/open window! After all of that I discovered after arriving at my next destination the employee also didn?tinclude ketchup! How do you work at a fast food restaurant and not ask the customer if they want condiments/ketchup and if theyhave everything; settling all of that before they leave? I don?t understand where they find these people with NO COMMON SENSE orLIFE SKILLS! You don?t even need training to do that bit! The McDonald?s employees here must struggle just putting theirclothes on and making it out the door in the morning! Plain an simple this is just a POOR SERVICE MCDONALD?S with almost nonative born Americans working there! I had a convo with the manager letting her know that they needed to employ Americanstandards as they are serving Americans and she accused me of being racist! She?s throwing that word around and has no clue asto what it means! Since she wants to go there look at the names of the people on this site that got bad service, names likeClint, Robert and Cindy! I Just went there today. I waited awhile at the drive through 5 sign after paying waiting on my food. I got home, took a bite... from my burger and a couple fries and I had to spit it all out. Threw my food away and was angry on how bad it was. I have Neverexperienced McDonald?s like the way I did today. Read more

Very disappointed to go through the drive through this morning and have our order wrong. Two simple sandwiches - a chicken... biscuit sandwich and an egg, cheese and sausage McGriddle. Once we pulled away from the location, we opened our breakfastsandwiches and my husband had a sausage ONLY McGriddle. As other reviewers have noted, the lack of attention to detail and theunresponsiveness of management to address these issues pushes my family to not dine at McDonalds any longer. Read more
