Chaos and from the looks of the team, they really didn't get along. Stood behind two other parties with wrong orders after... having to wait a while in my curbside. Got my order and had to go back in due to missing items. I get it's a busy location butyour team has to communicate better. Read more
Fast food is no longer fast food when you wait 40 mins from beginning to end of the drive thru line. Additionally, the coffee,... tea, frappe, ice cream were apparently all out or being cleaned at the same exact time. Lastly, while the food was correct, wecustomized an order with a medium drink & large fry knowing the large drink would be way too much. Imagine our surprise whenthe worker at the window was more disappointed with having to re-serve the large drink to a medium the way it was requested. Read more
Do not get me wrong, I definitely enjoyed the food no question about that. I will say that you may need to chew your nuggets... more thoroughly because I?m pretty sure this is a piece of plastic that was in one of the nuggets. They need to learn how to acknowledge their customers inside the RESTAURANT! Starting with the Manager learn how to say Hi I'll... be right with y'all .. There was 4 customers and NO ONE WAS ACKNOWLEDGE...Also the little kids they hire have no mannerseither.. Customer service goes along way in business!!!
