This is an amazing restaurant! The Bulgogi Rice Bowl is so tender. It falls apart with just chopsticks. And the dressing on the... salad is a mix of citrus and ginger flavors with a kick! Add a century egg, a chicken bun , and some seaweed salad for a full onfeast. Read more

We've been enjoying Ming's for a while whenever we go to the Pearl's Farmer's Market. However, this was our first time at their... actual restaurant. All I can say is WOW! The food was fantastic. Bulgogi Rice Bowl was full of grilled beef, cabbage slaw,Kimchi and Jalapeño Sriracha Mayo. Served on a bed of white rice, it was a flavor bomb. Also enjoyed the Teriyaki CrispyChicken bowl and the Thai Coconut Curry Rice Noodle Soup. Both were winners and portions are plentiful. You will not go homehungry! Washed it down with a Yuzu Lager. Ming's is now on our regular rotation of places and it should be on yours too. Read more

I came here yesterday with my friend. The place was very clean and decorative. A lot more progressive than some other Asian... restaurants I have been to lately. There was less than 6 people in the store. The food had a lot of flavor and was visuallyappealing. They have different stubborn soda flavors which has been my favorite fountain drink soda since last year. I justwanted to mention that I like to get suggestions from employees on what?s good to order. So I asked the girl who took my orderif they had anything that has noodles and is sweet. She recommended the summer noodles. I added marinated chicken to thenoodles. The noodles were served cold (which I feel like is important to mention) and were not sweet at all but instead a littlespicy. I wasn?t happy with her suggestion and it seemed like she didn?t put a lot of effort into her suggestion. Overall myexperience was above average. I will be back but next time I?ll study the menu instead of asking for a suggestion. Read more

We were encouraged by the AAPI Heritage Month passport to check out participating restaurants. My husband and I have been to... @mingsthing a couple of times before and thought to bring Dad to experience it. Happy hour is from 4pm to 7pm and drinks were20% off then add the AAPI discount of 10%! I had My Bloody Valentine and my husband had the Sake Mule and Neon City Hong KongPale Ale. Just the buns alone were filling. Dad had the Summer Noodle Bun which had a spicy kick and a piece of the pork belly.I ate the other half of Smoked Pork Belly Bun and the Bulgogi Bun with less heat. My husband had the Hot Chicken Bun and eachorder came with 2 buns. I had a bite of his and it had a great crunch. Dad and I then shared the Cilantro Lime Soy Noodle. Myhusband had the Ma-La Sweet Potato Noodle with grilled shrimp. We finished the meal by sharing the Taro Coconut Frozen Souffledessert. From start to finish, everything was deliciously perfect. The only thing we had missing was our propeller fan with usto swat off the multitude of flies outside. It was great to see many other people eating there today. Definitely worth checkingout and getting your passport stamped! Read more

Ming's hit the spot! We tried their bao and my partner got the beef and broccoli bowl and it was all really good! The bao are... filling and the bowl was fresh and well made. Their chilli oil was also pretty good. Other people around us ordered noodles andit looked good, so we'll have to order it next time. They have indoor and outdoor seating so it's covid friendly! There isparking on the side, but you can take a little path where there's a parking lot area with plenty of spots. The only thing Iwish they had was more bao options, but either than that, everything was great! Read more
