The pizza is amazing, but I had to wait an hour to get our order even though I placed the order online a day in advance.
Employees at this location have little to no customer service experience. We arrived on time to pick up our pizza, when we got... there, we were told 5 more minutes, then 5 minutes later, told another 10 minutes. We waited 20 extra minutes. Someone haddropped the wings on the floor. While waiting another customer walked in and was told that there was no record of his phone inorder at all. Read more
Got the new pepperoni stuffed crust, pizza was warm but the cheese in the crust was cold somehow? And it was greasy but not even... on the pepperonis, only the bottom of the crust was greasy bruh ???? garlic knots were good and so was the cookie (cake? Monstercookie? Huge thing? Pizza was cold I did not receive my full order. I called to speak to the manager and he had a bad attitude! I asked for his... supervisor and he put Joe Ximenez on the phone who was worse then the manager. Neither one cared about my experience or evenfixing the problem.He was in a hurry to get me off the phone then hung up while I was still talking. Horrible customer serviceand terrible food.
