I asked for my pizzas well-done. Which I usually request , for especially supreme , so it's not doughy . The top of the pizzas... were both burnt. Bread , cheese,vegetables and meats were black and burnt. Just not edible. I don't understand why the employeeswould even box and give the customers burnt food. The employees were also , talking to me , bad about the male customer that wasInfront of me. Something that an employee should never do , is talk bad about a customer , to another customer. Two of the employees were fighting in front of the store, I was so terrified and nervous..because my 9 year son and his... friends were sitting next to the window, & many thought come to my mind instantly and got completely pale, trying to take thekids far from that place, That situation made me feel sick instantly.. Error in the online order system equals no pizza! Ordered and entered my home address. The delivery address was automatically... listed as my work address. When I caught the error and called the shop, two extremely rude staff members told me I would notget my order because they don?t deliver to my home address which is literally down the street from my work address. I offeredto come in and pick up the order and was told it was already cancelled. Seems like a scam to feed the staff and their friends.Don?t order from this Pizza Hut location!!! I stuffed my face silly with a stuffed crust! I reckon I have never been to this Pizza Hut location. The one in WW White RD. Is... no good. This location provided me with a friendly face employee and accommodating staff. The pizza was good in my experience.Some locations are terrible. But this location treated me with respect and dignity. Good quality tasting pizza!! I recommendthis location. Hopefully they keep up the good work always.
