I don't know why this place is not shut down with all the bad reviews. Not lying order a pizza plus other items at 6:40pm and... paid $50 with $8+ delivery tip. Order never arrived. I called and they apologized saying the driver forgot my order and willdispatch a different driver. My order is still not here and I live 7 minutes away which 25 minutes has already passed. Read more
I was working on this side of town, ordered a pizza and it was never delivered. I called to talk to manager, and he politely... said he?d provide a refund. Several days later, no refund. The same manager, Aria R., told me today that my refund was sent toa ?card on file?. I didn?t use the app to order or log into any Pizza Hut account. The refund was sent to a card, that I don?teven own. He told me to call back in a few days, if I still don?t see a refund, and give him my card number over the phone forthe refund. I ordered my online order at the walzem location at 830ish on a Thursday. I get a call that " I'm sorry we are out of your... location"( i live close by.) We have never had issues with delivering before..so we call in and switched to pick up,giving themthe benefit of the doubt maybe they are busy or whatever. I placed an order, and they messed it up. One of their employees told me that they'd give me $ credit and assign it to my phone... number as compensation for getting my order wrong. The last few times I?ve come, there is a gentleman that is always on it. I?ve seen him answer phones, get the pizzas ready and... bring them outside. He has the sense of urgency that most people don?t have anymore.
