I really like Smashin Crab this was my 1st time at this location. I went with and acquaintance of mine,. It was his first time... ever dining in any Smashin Crab. The staff was amazing my waiter was Phoenix very pleasant and attentive to what we ordered, our drinks were extremely good, I suggest you must try the hurricane 4 different flavor drinks each one better than the next.Since I have had the pleasure of eating at other locations, the location on Bandera the food wasn't that great. My bodain ballsand gator bites were both over cook the bodain balls were slightly burn and the gator bites were hard ( definitely over cook) Idon't believe in sending food back so since it was my acquaintance first time I didn't complain. He had the soft crab andmargarita he really enjoy them both. I won't be going back to this location but I recommend if you haven't had the pleasure ofeating at Smashin Crab definitely the place to go.?????????? I just won't recommend the Bandera location.???? Pretty dang good! Great experience and food. Staff was super friendly and very attentive. Yes it can be expensive but it's not a... place you eat at daily. Save up and go, trust me it's worth it. They also have drinks and tvs for entertainment. Take the adviseof your server on spice levels of its your first time...it can get spicy quick. Read more

Delicious food. Prices are a little steep but the portions are reasonable. If you like Razoos, this has a similar atmosphere and... food quality. Our wait time for the food to be delivered was excessive and, although it was pretty busy, it seemed to be justour table experiencing this difficulty. All in all, I?d consider going back but not anytime soon. Read more

Service started out well. We were sat down and our drinks and order was taken. Then our waitress said she had to take a break... and said the bartender would be taking care of us. We never got service after that. I had to walk over to the counter on 3different occasions to request for something. My food wasn't all that great either, the margarita tasted like a mimosas and Iasked for very low spice #1 and my food was too spicy it was like a #5! Read more

DELICIOUS! I?m pretty picky when it comes to seafood boils. You have to get many things correct in order for it to be yummy,... and Smashin? Crab has it down. We got the combo with 3 lbs of crab legs, 1 lbs of shrimp, with potatoes and corn seasoned withthe Trinity flavor. A margarita flight came with the combo at no extra charge. Everything was cooked to perfection. The crablegs cracked perfectly and the meat was not adhering to the inside of the shell. The head-on shrimp were easy to peel and plumpin size. The red potatoes and corn soaked up the Trinity seasoning flavor and were tender. It was nice to sip on the differentmargarita flavors: original, mango, prickly pear, and strawberry. The mango and strawberry were my favorite. They had arefreshing fruit taste with the kick of tequila. It?s always a good thing when you can taste the tequila! Overall, ourexperience was great because of our waitress. She guided us through the menu, provided us the prices to build our own boil, andwas attentive and available to answer any questions we had. I definitely will eat here again. If you love seafood and Cajunseasoning, this is the place to eat at! Read more
