Great place to stop for smoothies after working out. The smoothies here are very good. Good selection of options.
Little food prep shop inside LA Fitness that sells surprisingly well priced healthier meal options. Each meal is prepared in... individual containers and refrigerated and ready for you to grab and buy. Everything I came in to buy was gone by 11am, so itdoesn't last long! I got the Chickpea pasta with Turkey Ragu that was still left, and it tasted pretty good! Would definitelylove to try and get there early enough to try out every dish. Guy working there was friendly and very helpful. Would recommendif you are out in the morning and want some good, healthy food options. Google maps may direct you behind LA Fitness, it is notthere.
