Ordered four corndogs among other things. Asked for some extra mustard. Got all of this, and not a single corn dog. Fries/Tots... so salty they were barely edible. Burgers were made wrong. I'm surprised the drinks were okay. Get it together. Read more
This location?s food might be great, but I?ll never know since I?ve driven away multiple times after going unacknowledged for... extended periods in the drive through. I realize it?s difficult currently to find people willing to work, but if you can?t findenough staff to operate, maybe it?s time to try incentives for prospective workers, curtail hours, or some other measures thatwould prevent the frustration from being levied on potential customers like me who only want to patronize your restaurant. Jacob is the worst manager ever!!! I realized when I got home that they messed up my order. Called and spoke with manager named... Jacob. Jacob kept interrupting me and wasn?t even letting me speak. Jacob didn?t want to resolve the issue. Jacob wanted to beright and refused to acknowledge that they made an error. Jacob was very argumentative, very rude and very dismissive. Jacobturned a simple mistake that could have been resolved into a full blown disgusting customer experience. Jacob was condescendingand said I could complain to corporate or his boss Mike Munoz and walked away refusing to hear anything I had to say.
