Multiple times I've been told to pull around after ordering 1 item for it to be made, and somehow my food is still cold when I... get it. Today I asked for a freeze with the flavors mixed (which I always get) and was told it couldn't be done. Taco Bell'swebsite literally says you can and gives suggestions on which flavors to mix.
