The staff at Austin Hwy were incredibly kind and professional. I appreciated their atitude and response. This location specific... is by far my favorite fast food/drive through in the area of all optionals. I literally had a horrible night tonight afterdealing with angry people all day and terrible service a Sonic, so there kindness was more meaningful than a typical goodinteraction with customer service. ???? Points for the excellent customer service that the Drive Thru worker had, unfortunately, they got my order wrong. 4 tacos were... ordered and 2 burritos were given. Called the store to try to get my money back, and the associate said I had to run all theway back to the store to get my money back for my order. Thats 30 mins out of my day, not worth my time.
