Nice place! Room for a small/medium event. Sufficient room for dancing. The parking on the other hand is typical downtown... "backdoor" treatment. You'll pay thru the nose for the parking. There isn't any security either for the parking lotconsidering it's proximity to the bad part of town. Read more

We were extremely excited about booking this venue for my daughter?s sweet 16. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and... lack of response to messages and emails is blocking us from booking. I was finally provided with the application and contractafter requesting for weeks. I left numerous messages and emails for Marissa regarding the contract?no response. I called theoffice and asked if there was anyone I could speak to. The gentleman told me that Marissa is the only one I could speak to. Iexplained that I am not getting any responses and would like to speak to someone else. He said, ? like I said, she?s the onlyyou can talk to?. I am so disappointed and my daughter is crushed. Attended an event for 3000 here. Mostly wonderful, especially the catering and bar staff. A stunning, visual venue with many... different scenes, 20's, also modern, also Willie Nelson. Very spacious. Many different depots, stages, rooms, bars, foodstations for this special event. Bathrooms gorgeous too! It was confusing that there were 2 liquor licenses and drinks couldnot be taken out of 1902 into the pavillion area and vice versa. I felt sorry for the young lady who had to explain this torevellers. There is a trip hazard in 1902 that might could be marked better. All in all, a beautiful night here. Read more
