Considering that there is a sign right at the door indicating to wait to be seated and no one tells you that you need to sign in... to be in line can cause major delays especially since no one approaches to you to make you aware. So unorganized. This businesshas to understand that they may aside from the frequent visitors get new customers. I approached the cashier after observing acustomer that was standing next to us for 2 minutes before indicating the cashier that it was 4 of them and walked out the door.I observed this behavior during the time we were in the restaurant (customers standing waiting to be seated) while onsite. Totop it off I had to stand up to get more coffee, even when our sever indicated that she was going to bring some, we just gottired of waiting. Same server removed a plate even when I had not finished. Question MUST be asked before removing anything fromthe table, that is BASIC!!! Food is okay, but for sure customer service can improve big time. Will reconsider visiting again inthe future. Read more

This place is disgusting. The Floors are nasty with a bunch of food and paper on it. The waitresses can?t even finish cleaning a... table. The food is mediocre. Chips and salsa are pathetic. A restaurant like Pico De Gallo or Mi Familia would laugh at thislittle restaurant with little to no help. Took my wife and I 35 minutes to get a small quesadilla and a taco salad.Pathetic. I really liked this restaurant but Sadly to say last time I took my mom we didn?t have good service at all. After my mother... almost chocked on a piece of plastic that was in her chilaquiles. We told the waitress which she didn?t put much attention tothe issue. We ask for another plate and was still charged for it, I didn?t make a big deal I just simply wanted to enjoy my daywith my mom but it was a disappointment. The bigger issue came when my mom took her chilaquiles plate ( the plate that wasreplaced and still got charged for)home and wanted to give this restaurant another chance and found 4 pieces of plastic in herplate again. One I?m scared to dine in this restaurant showed they still serve an item it could be harmful for the public, andtwo you get charged for a plate you didn?t even eat. What a disappointment! after this experience I would never go back to thisrestaurant it?s not safe and I rather go to a restaurant that I can enjoy my food. Read more
