To bad I had to give a star at all. I had to actually find my meat on my sandwich I ordered and I shouldn't have to. I've lived in this area for 5 years. Long story short, there breakfast is semi ok at times, everything other then that is hit or... miss, way more miss them hit. I specifically have told them on numerous occasions that I want my food fresh and I will wait inthe parking lot for it. Yet it comes thru the window cold. New management is needed ASAP. Or I'll just go to the McDonald's halfa block up, but there not doin to much better, at least you can count on them for breakfast. I live less then a block away andburger is cold. Whenever I've came to this location I've never had an issue until tonight. Maria C was working drive thru and took my order. She... was extremely rude and had an ugly attitude. She was very unprofessional. If you're unhappy with yourself of your job thenchange something about it. There's no need to be rude with others. Especially customers. I hope for the sake of others she'sremoved from working drive thru so no other customers have to interact with her. Read more
