the pizzas are delicious, but if you look like a mexican expect to be discriminated against, it's no longer my favorite place
Service has depreciated in the last few months. When calling to place an order they never answer the phone. If the call gets... answered they put you on hold for a long time before taking your order. When you arrive to place the order in person since theynever answered the phone, the representative seems irritated because you are there trying to buy food. The food handlers seem tobe running like chickens without their head. It's funny that while you are at the store, the phone rings, rings and rings and noone answers (disappointing) the phone. When you finally get your order, it has less cheese and pepperoni than before (if you aregoing to increase the price at least keep the same amount of cheese and pepperoni on the pizza). After 4 displeased experiences,I gave it one last opportunity but it was an epic fail, again. New personnel seem not want to provide a superior customerexperience since they are all there to do the bare minimum.
