Absolutely filthy. Everything was a disaster. Dine in was only 1/4 seated, NOT busy enough in any way to try and excuse the... restaurants appearance. Each empty table needed to be bussed, floors were sticky, food & napkins smeared on the tables, walls,seats. The restrooms 100% out of stock. Eaten at cleaner truck stops. This is the worstttt chick fil a with a capital W! I?ve been here a handful of times and literally every time has sucked. Since... it?s a chick fil a, I will admit that I have a higher expectation than I do most other fast food restaurants. I mainly go to geta 5 lb bag of ice. The first couple of times, I would go thru the drive thru but realized it might be harder on the drive thruworkers so I started going into the actual restaurant. The older gentleman who typically hands out the food is just sooo rudebut again I really didn?t wanna be an inconvenience so I kept going inside for the ice. Most times they leave it so it melts aton and then all the ice clumps together and it?s just annoying when I try to break it apart at home. ( I buy it because it?snugget ice, not just any ice.) But anyway, tonight was for sure the last time I?m going. It was busy during dinner so I wentinside while my mom waited in the car with my son, instead of the drive thru. After placing my order, I asked if they couldfulfill it quickly and explained the last few times the ice has been left sitting out and melted. She looked at me and straightup said, ?Well I will try. Most everyone does not like doing the ice order so it gets pushed aside. The line is pretty long soI?ll get to it once it dies down.? WHAT. As if my order wasn?t also important lol. I truly couldn?t believe she actually saidthat to me, I felt like she revealed a secret she wasn?t supposed to say. I just stared back and said ok. Time goes by and stillnothing. My son was really upset by this point so I stomped out to go get him only to come back in and have the manager (?) veryrudely hand me the bag of ice. Dropping my son off at Camp Pendleton and stopped here for lunch. The service was great, the staff were polite and the the place... was clean. I do have to say though, I don't get it, their chicken sandwiches are OK, I don't see the big deal. Anyway the foodwas good Read more
