Came to this location since I was in San Diego and I regretted so much... I usually go to the Better Buzz in Temecula where I... live, but I decided why not try another location I am sure every location has just as amazing customer service. WRONG!!! Notonly did they give me my drink half full, my drink was in between warm and cold... WHATTTT. How could that be when I asked forextra hot??? So, when I decided to go back around and ask for them to re-make my coffee all the employees did was laugh at me...They were both so rude... Ordered pickup this morning and realized that they missed the croissant on my order after I returned to home, called the store... for almost two hours wanting to see if I can go back and pick up the missing croissant, but no one answered the calls. Food isreasonable, but very disappointing that there is no way to follow up with the store regarding the order in a situation likethis. And the phone number listed in the order receipt is basically an empty number that no one responds. Update - reached outto the email as the business said, no response!
