If you're looking for a chill coffee shop to relax and read/work in, this isn't the one. The workers are loud and they were... playing 2 radio stations at full volume, at the same time, over each other. I watched another customer ask them what is going onwith the noise and if they can turn it down, and the employee looked annoyed to have to turn down one of the songs playing.....very strange to say the least. The coffee is OK but there are plenty of coffee shops in Mira Mesa with a much better atmosphere. Read more
We?ve loved Better Buzz for years but this new location has a lot of kinks to work out before we?ll ever come here again. We put... in a mobile order for drive through pick up and the 7 car line took over 30 minutes. When we pulled up to the window, theytried to give us someone else?s order and when we gave them our name for the mobile order, they did not have our order made andhad to make it while we sat at the window. Then when they handed off the drinks to us, they did not know which drink was whichso we had to sit there and taste them both to make sure they were made correctly. And since they didn?t know which drink waswhich we didn?t notice till we left that one was made incorrectly.
