Best crepes I?ve had in SD thus far! Espresso is excellent. Gelato is sweet and creamy, very rich in flavor. Highly recommend!

Rare 5/5 for what I'd characterize as leaning to French cuisine and bakery. First large glass of fresh squeezed orange juice... with pulp, sweetness and thick texture all (so a pleasant surprise not like another restaurant not soon after the completebitter, tart, flat, watery opposite). Ok maybe the second time in my life for crepes and was asked how I wanted the eggs cooked(I thought scrambled for crepes was the only option) plus a proper amount of gooey chewy slighly sweet (but not Wisconsin freshchew squeaky) cheese yum. The right size food portion with sufficiently thin wrapper (you will like it Ricky Bobby). Otherfood was iron skillet omelette with chicken and mushroom- huge portion. We viewed the bakery display but did not partake. Sowe came for brunch and the place was getting busier as our stay progressed. Later that day drove by dinner time andsignificantly busier. Now the place is located in youth popular Hillcrest not too far from U of San Diego and otherestablishments targeting that market and yuppiedom. This place is a bit eclectic for the bulk of them but is clearly serving aniche beyond the traditional pub so an anomaly and complements the area variety well. I would normally see a restaurant as thisin/near a fashion mall but the foot traffic here is probably better and broader appeal. The service was polite and professionalwhich for this cuisine and customer base as expected. There was a family including toddler so the restaurant can accommodare acustomer age range, not just adults. Would return again. Read more

Stopped by for some dessert after eating out at a restaurant in Hillcrest. Had some créme brûlée, and it tasted sublime.... Friendly staff and coherent interior design as well as presentation. Read more

Ordered the Nutella and Strawberries crepe to-go. The crepe was flat and had little to no filling which as a result was... flavorless. After paying 15 or so dollars for it, I?d expect it to have more filling or at least whipped cream on top(which itdidn?t). Truly disappointed. Read more

The good: for this location the price of food was good. The variety of food that they offer was good almost confusing. Gelato is... good here. The bad: we were sat in the foyer it wasn't the best place. The ugly: the boar was not good, it tasted old had touse catchup, seemed like they were short staffed and as if servers didn't know what they were suggesting. Read more
