These guys constantly get my orders wrong. If I call back and drive back there they're down to fix it and the manager is nice... but I don't understand how you can charge this much for wings and not pay attention to what the person is ordering. Constantissues with the sauces and whether or not they put them on the wings or put them on the side. Missing stuff. Soft mushy frenchfries. Read the order back to make sure you have got the order correct. I guess shame on me for not asking for that every timebut that $2 per wing you should put in the effort to get the order right. They also leave all the bags of to go orders justsitting out on their counter not under any lamp or anything so the food just sits there dying. I don't mind paying a premium butexpect you to care a little bit more about the quality and correctness of the food for the price. Read more
Amazing customer service. I?m currently waiting for my food but I already know I?ll be back because the staff was so nice. I... made a big mistake when I placed my order and they handled it no problem. Restaurant was also super clean.
