I?m really torn. Up until these past couple months, this place has always been my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE place to get boba and... cookies! They are usually quick, friendly and everything I?ve ever had is delicious. However, I went 4 times between September28 and August 25 of 2022 and NOTHING tasted good!! The cookies were stale and hard are rocks, and had a slight fishy flavorYUCK! I order the same drink every time -the fruity pebbles boba drink- but the drinks were carelessly made with the press lidscoming off (which I didn?t see the first time until after getting in my car and spilling it on myself), and they keep tastingweirdly sour, like they used old or expired ingredients or something. Then to top it off, the people were not very polite, and Iwas honestly starting to feel like more of a burden than a welcome customer? I?ve never had these experiences until recently,which is why I?m giving 3 stars. A year ago it would have been five stars easy, hands down, but lately they haven?t evenwarranted 1. Just being open, isn?t enough. I?ve started getting my drinks and cookies elsewhere?. But I will keep trying inhopes that things start getting better. Train your staff to make drinks and food items the right way, and hire people with goodcustomer service skills. We pay good money to get just a few cookies, which I?m happy to pay, but I don?t wanna feel like I?minconveniencing the staff just for existing in your establishment. Read more

Visited to pick up some cheesecake and macaroons for my husband?s birthday. Had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke from... someone sitting right outside the front door and then the inside of the restaurant smelled like smoke. Not a great start. Thenthe girl who helped us seemed utterly annoyed that we were asking to buy things. Not a thank you or even responding to my thanksfor her help. Very unfriendly. She was also yelling out drinks to other customers at such a loud volume. I think I will spend mymoney elsewhere in the future. Read more
