OooooohMAN! FINALLY!, a Jack n the crack that got it right!!! Idk who you are in the drive thru this beautiful Friday morning,... but i praise you for the best dam customer service i've seen in a very long time. Friendly on the speaker, and at the window. Igot the sauces i asked for, and...AND my curly fries were fresh! That almost NEVER happens. Disgusting behavior. Went there today and ordered my food. It cost me close to $19 so I got my food and drove, checked the bag... It was missing 2 burgers, went back there asked for my burgers and got the burgers drove off and when I opened the bag the 2burgers I got was only buns and nothing in it. The manager and employees likes pranking people instead of serving. They betteroff sitting at home playing their video games they don?t belong in a work place. Past 2 nights I go through their drive thru and they tell me it will be ten minutes before they can take an order. The second... night I decided to park, wait and go back through to be told that they are not open. Terrible. Don?t waste your time. Go to adifferent jack in the box. UPDATE What a turn around! My roommate went through the drive thru late one evening while I was onthe phone with him. The service has greatly improved, very friendly and welcoming. Bonus points: they did not repeatedly ask "Isthat all?" after each item ordered. Read more
