I ordered DoorDash from here. They marked my order as ready at 1:47, yet I did not receive my order until 2:10, almost 25... minutes later. Then, when I got home, I found hair in both Chicken Katsu Musubi I ordered, as well as one of the Mini ChickenKatsu plates. The food tasted fine otherwise, but I was unable to eat half of my order. Terrible experience!!!! We ordered food for pickup, I live about 15 minutes away, picked it up and after getting home realized... they not only forgot a whole item (that was for our 5 year old) but also messed up one of the other items. I called and theysaid they would refund those items, it reflected on the app but our card was never refunded. So we paid for an item we neverreceived and one that was wrong, would not recommend. We ordered a huge take out order for a large party and everything was amazing. L & L reminds me of my childhood so everytime I... eat it, it's comforting.. always delicious no matter what location. This location did an excellent job with our order. Read more
A happy greeting right when you walk in. Food is always delicious and hearty at this Hawaiian food chain. Cozy environment, but... very busy. Definitely recommend for those who haven't tried it. Read more

The staff here is really friendly and very helpful. The food is always cooked fast and there is usually not a long wait here.... Depending on when you go it's about 3 minutes to 10. The place is clean and they always have music playing. Plenty of seatinginside and I think a few spots outside. Parking could be a pain because of the other stores in the area but not to bad. Theportion size is huge!!! I ordered the regular katsu chicken plate and it's more then I can finish in one sitting, you can ordera smaller sizes. The food taste great and fresh. And they have a public restroom(some don't have one). The prices are good forwhat you get. Read more
