It is so hard to do vegan and Asian cuisine without being stuck with tofu... Loving Hut has nailed it though... Flavor's on... point texture is on point. They've knocked it out of the park! The chicken substitute used on the lemongrass was incredible andmaintained the Asian flavor without sacrificing texture. The fried rice, I've had vegetarian but never vegan... Again, they gotthe flavor and texture down solid. Now I've buried the lead. The egg rolls were unbelievable. Both the fried and the steamedare probably some of the best I've had vegan and non-vegan.
