Really great plant based restaurant that is not just a beyond burger! I had the Thai beef noodle bowl made with seitan and it... was delicious! The desserts were amazing too! I was down in SD for 5 days. In those 5 days I came here 4 times. I brought a non vegan who enjoyed his meal as well. I tried... something new each time (except always getting the breaded brussel sprouts and cauliflower I am obsessed with those). Each mealwas amazing, fresh and fast. First time coming in and I ordered the Cauliflower Chickpea Shawarma Wrap and Potato Fries. The wrap was done well with a little... bit on the toasty and warm side. I'm probably not a fair person to comment here since I prefer foods with meat, but my take is it's probably a really good option... for vegetarians. The elotes with chips was good, and there was a hearty portion of shawarma. The restaurant had an artsyinterior and the staff was friendly.
