A fairly nice experience with a few twists here and there to give each item its own unique flair. My friend ordered the burger... and it was cooked perfectly and was super juicy. The étouffée tasted nice on its own but took some liberties on someadditional spices which I?m not familiar with having had it multiple times in Louisiana. The egg rolls were really great, beingfreshly made and with a ton of seasonings. Also, Abita on draft is a slam dunk in my book. Read more
The flat bread pizza is delicious. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. Good customer service. The tables look clean.... Try the meatballs. Not a great experience. We sat on the lower patio. The flies attacking our party of 4, as well as our food and drinks, were... relentless. Honestly, almost everything we ordered was a HUGE disappointment. The flour taste in the roux, over powered theGumbo and Shrimp Etouffee. What made it really bad, the rice in both dishes, was undercooked. The Jambalaya, tasted old,reheated and extremely dry. The only enjoyable part of our dinner was the sweet potato fries and dipping sauce, the BlackenedCatfish and the G Bahama drinks. I wouldn't recommend or ever go back to NOLA on 5th. Read more
Came on a Tues for dinner. It was slow which was nice. We got some of the cocktails, all of them pretty good! We got the Mac n... cheese as an appetizer (not pictured) then we got two of the flatbreads and a jambalaya. Overall good experience and goldtasting food. Read more
