Very cute restaurant. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They didn't have some of the seasonal drinks listed on the menu... which was a bummer. Flat iron steak was delicious and tender. We ended the evening with s'mores which was fitting since we weresitting in a tent. Read more
It has been a long time since I've been disappointed with the food, the service, atmosphere, and I'm presuming the management of... a restaurant. 1) Ceviche tasted like it was tossed in ketchup or cocktail sauce (per my GF but I agree as it tasted so sweet tome). 2) After telling the server about the ceviche miss, we were asked if we wanted another starter - got the fries which wereOK per my GF (I am not a fries connoisseur). 3) My Grilled Octopus Salad came out looking/tasting fried to which I told theserver, they checked with the back of house, and confirmed that this was fried due to the way that they changed the menu duringpandemic times...then they served me another octopus salad. 4) Service was slow to start with even getting a drink order in(even table next us complained on this). But the server was very nice though - good demeanor. 5) We were sat outside withoutbeing asked if we wanted to sit inside, asked to be sat inside...then we started to hear some construction banging on theroof. If the bill would have come out and the replacement starter fries would at least have been comped, I would have directlycontacted the resto with our feedback- no problem. But the bill came out with all the charges - even the fries. Not ranting andraving any longer, already wrote too much but it is hard to stop these fingers after a let down like this. We did take theunfinished ceviche/fries in doggy bags to give to homeless on walk home. Hopefully they enjoyed it. :). 2 Stars vs 1 Starbecause the second octopus salad was grilled and very good. One Door North was nice, it had a good vibe, the food was fine, I wouldn’t say it was amazing. The mahi mahi tacos didn’t... have too much flavor, the half chicken was good, and the salads were great. It’s a cute place for friends or a date night, butdon’t expect an amazing food experience. This was a nice experience. They made 3 tents and have put dining tables under it. We were a big group (12 people) and they were... able to join tables while still being under the tent. The food was quite good. We got a bunch of stuff but what really stoodout for us the Salmon. Very soft. The steak was also quite good considering this wasn't a steak house. All the food are veryphotogenic if you are into that. Some food arrived later than most but it was house full so it's okay, I won't hold it againstthem. Best of all was their service. We had 4 kids with us and they wanted Smores. Our server gave us extra marshmallows andchocolate at no additional cost and the kids loved the experience. Keep in mind, parking is a challenge. So if you have areservation, reach early so you can try and find parking. Read more

Beautiful restaurant, great for a date or special occasion, but pricey. The menu wasn't really my taste so I ended up having a... couple of drinks and a burger. The $21 burger tasted good but wasn't cooked to the temperature I ordered, but I chose not tosend it back. Read more
