Sooo good and so fulfilling. I thought the octopus taco was the best- it was perfectly seared and juicy. I also got the adobo... fish taco, which was too spicy for me, and the scallop ceviche. My boyfriend loved the sauces at the salsa bar but again theywere too spicy for me. Read more
Oscar's is a staple in San Diego, one of the best places to go for Mexican food. They specialize in seafood versions, and the... Taco Especial is easily their most popular and delicious thing on the menu. Inside there's a few tables and a couple outside, sowhen they get busy, just grab your food to go and walk to the beach. Parking here can be a pain too. The staff are very friendlyand helpful with figuring out what you want to eat. Would highly recommend if your near the beach to come here either before orafter, and put salsa Verde on pretty much everything. Read more
This place deserves 10 stars for outstanding service, menu and fresh delicious QUALITY food! Everything we ordered turned out... amazing. However my personal favorite was Fisherman torta (meat is served in a bun/sub instead of burrito wrap ) and tacoespecial. The battered fish tacos are a must try! Super light, flaky, and flavorful. If you are looking for a spicier option get the spicy... shrimp or Al pastor tacos. Thia is my favorite place for fish tacos, and San Diego is famous for it's fish tacos. I highly recommend the standard Battered... Fish Tacos and the orange and green sauces are amazing. They have made the green sauce really spicy as of late though. Get aSnozzberry craft pop to go with it. Only drawback is the always long line. Take your fish tacos to go and head straight to thebenches by the beach and catch a gorgeous sunset and listen to the waves come in while you're eating yummy food. Read more
