I believe that we were over charged. Otherwise it doesn?t make any sense. We went there for valentines dinner last night and... they had special valentines limited menu which was $45 flat rate, order from regular menu wasn?t available. Because the reviewwas good, we thought it is worth to try. It was four course meal, appetizer, salad or soup, main, and dessert. Compared withtheir regular menu, the main should cost around $25~$29 with salad or soup. The appetizer was bruschetta. It was good, but justone piece per person.... I had Frutti di Mare (Clam, mussels, and shrimp pasta) and my husband had baked salmon. Mine was good,but nothing really special. The baked salmon was supposed to come with home made risotto, but it came with fusilli (spiral,pasta salad kind of pasta) with very light sauce... And the dessert was a small cup of Panna cotta (Milk jello)... No drinkincluded, even coffee... Even the main was $30, one slice of bruschetta and tiny plastic cup of Panna cotta shouldn?t be $15... Came on an early Saturday night for a special date night. What was good was the rolls and it ended there. What was bad was the... lasagna and the cannoli. I mean just look at it. Yucky yucky yucky. Should have just sent it back . Nothing but sauce. Thewaitress was friendly and smiled a lot but never came and refilled our water or asked if we want more wine or just checked onus. The prices had increased to an average $30 for a dinner plate. The price for lasagna was $25, and glass of wine $15. But theworst was the dessert. Ordered the cannoli and got just one dried out tasteless $10 log of whip cream. Not the same place I'vebeen coming to for over 30 years. Authentic Italian food. Great potions with a chose of pasta and sauces.I had Veal Parmigiano it was delicious and as good as... when I was in Italy. Wine list was small but a nice variety, we enjoyed 2 bottles of their Chianti Clasico with dinner. Read more
3/12/2022 Wish there was a zero star option. As a regular customer who has supported this place with repeat business on a... frequent basis for years and during Covid, and who has brought in many new parties including a regular group that meets on aregular basis of 10 or more people each time, they rewarded my loyalty and patronage with horrifically bad behavior last nightwith atrocious and awful and offensive behavior to me and my party. They obviously do not value their customers. They have lostmy support and good will entirely and it will never be restored. I was there with a friend ordering a $40 pizza and with thewaitress giving us the menu to keep for additional items such as dessert. After a short time, and with the owner hangingaround the table, they told us to leave as they had another customer for that table. Unbelievable rudeness and offensivebehavior.!!!! We still had a great deal of food to eat and more to order. There is no reason for any restaurant to treat anycustomer, much less a loyal and repeat customer, in this way! I have never seen such improper behavior by a restaurant in myentire life. Their greed and mismanagement will be a permanent blight on their reputation. Read more
