I'm perplexed as to why people were fighting over the Spicy Chicken Sandwich when Popeyes first introduced it. It was one of the... lamest chicken sandwiches I have ever tried, only exceeded by the step'n'fetchit service. What a joke. They have the usualself-service fountain drinks (10 flavors!), but insisted I decide what drink I would have WHEN I ORDERED! Gotta keep thatinventory accurate! God forbid I changed my mind when I got to the fountain machine..."Code 3 - see the man switching fountaindrinks . All units, Code 3" All in all, $10.97 for a combo was ridiculous for what was served, AND $0.27 additional for anysauce. Olive Oyl would kick this Popeye to the curb. Period. First and last. Really walked all the way to buy food and they close down the lobby becuase of "maintenance" there were more people upset... outside because of the same reason. There were no people fixing anything and an employee eating on the lobby. Read more
