Decided to try this place after seeing the Wednesday special for their medium Volcano Tots. The place has an extensive menu and... I was excited to try a different take on Mexican food. The medium size was huge and I couldn't even manage to finish half ofthe serving. The food was fresh had a great assortment of toppings on the potato tots. From what I can remember this includedcarnitas, onions, guacamole, cheese, bbq sauce and chipotle sauce. Although initially the bbq sauce sounded odd to include inthis it added a wonderful sweetness not usually found in mexican dishes. One of the last few best Mexican Restaurants. Food actually tastes cooked and the sauces are NOT watery like many other... restaurants but thick and creamy (that’s how you know it’s good sauce). In fact I think you can even order sauces in bulk (Ithink they have 5 sauces). Carne Asada fries tastes crispy and great and meat tastes savory and not like boiled steak. First time eating here as we stopped by after a bike ride. I ordered the Rosys fries? Carne asada fries with bacon , guac, sour... cream and cheese and i added the lamb meat plus cilantro and onion. ????.com. ????The medium sized order was a super generousportion.
