I always come through the Drive Thru here and ny drinks are always perfect. My only complaint is the customer service and the... fact that as a paying customer when I finally decide to walk in I am not allowed to use the restroom. Sign on the restroom says?bathroom for paying customers only? I am a paying customer and voices that to the cashier who still refused to give me thecode. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Placed an order online to walk-in and walk out. They decided to close the store and had everyone go through the drive thru.... What?s the point of having order ahead if I still have to get in a line to get my drink that I order 15 mins ago. Now I got it30 mins later. Because the drive through was packed of course. Thanks. Hi this place is normally pretty good, nice baristas, chill even. Drinks are good and so is the food, but recently on the 28th... of November as well as today the 29th of November they have closed their lobby down early at 630 p. M. They are open in lobbyuntil 700 p. M. They do not have any explanation or sign sta Tony that they are closed not is their sign updated on closingtimes if they have changed. I normally like this Starbucks since I have n been coming here for 10+ years. But this is reallydisappointing. I don't have a car otherwise this wouldn't be such an issue.
