A female worker with a right nose piercing almost verbally assaulted my Mom today for asking her to please mask up while making... her sandwich since she?s high-risk. Worst subway I've had yet. None of the toppings I customized were added, no sauces, and the bread wasn't even toasted. About the... only thing they got right was the kind of sandwich, and even then the food looked like they ran out half way through. I orderedfor pickup at 1145, I got there 5 mins later and it wasn't ready until 1210. The shop wasn't even busy. 29MAY21 around 0430 PM came in to get a BMT, terrible service with the guy making my sandwich ignoring my requests most the way... through and purposely covering my entire sandwich with chipotle sauce when I asked for a little bit. I've been there and I getthese jobs aren't the best but you can't take it out on customers. Read more
